If so, you're probably planning, DIY-ing, coordinating, scheduling, & gearing up for one of the happiest days of your year! The industry standard has always been to book your photographer almost as soon as you get engaged & alongside booking your venue. Well, do I have news for you! I don't book weddings more than 6 months ahead of time. So, if you're "late to game" by the industry standard, you may be in luck.

This is where I come in! Hey beautiful people! I'm Helen. As you already know, I love documenting all of life's big & small moments for families, couples, & brands/businesses. What you may not know is that I started my film career editing wedding videos & running the Post Production Department of Well Spun Weddings all the way back in 2013. I worked in wedding Post Production up until 2016. Then I took a major break from weddings. I pivoted into working for Philadelphia corporations in their marketing or video departments as an editor, producer, script writer, & director. During this is I really honed in on my story-telling abilities.

Cut to opening my photography business in 2020 & being "officially" in business for two years. One of my goals for 2022 was to create an offering & experience for couples that honors their wedding day that is a little bit different that the norm. The couples' I want to serve are people who are really into being outside, they love to play board games, go to the movies, hike, backpack, and travel. They're focused on spending time with the people they loved most during their wedding & they want to capture the experience of the day. That's why it's important to hire a photography like me! I keep my eyes open for all of the big & little moments that happen throughout the day. I take my 10+ years of story telling experience to craft the perfect wedding day timeline & tell your story through incredible images. I then package those images in an Heirloom Album for you to view & relive over & over & over again.

So, what exactly is included in you wedding package?

Fantastic question! My Wedding Package includes:

1 Photographer (me!)

1 Assistant (my husband, Ian!)

1 Hour pre-wedding phone consultation

Custom day-of timeline

10 hours of photography coverage

8x8 leather highlight heirloom album

Online viewing gallery of edited photographs

Digital image downloads of any photo included in your album

How do I book you as my wedding photographer?

Don't worry about a thing, love. Once you fill out the inquiry form, you're in my system. I will reach out & send an initial questionnaire. Then, if I'm available for your wedding date, I'll set up a phone call. If after our call we both would like to move forward & feel we're a fantastic fit for each other, I'll send over my contract & schedule everything for you!

Please note that I specialize in weddings that are around 100 guests or less & I only book weddings 6 months in advanced that are within 1 hour of 08035.

How do I view my photographs?

When your photographs are all edited & ready to view, I will send you an email with your gallery link. You will be able to view all of the best edited imaged & select your favorites that will then be included in your Heirloom Album.

Once your album design is approved & your album order is submitted, you will receive a download code for the images that were included in your album. You will have the ability to upgrade to download your entire gallery for an additional charge if you'd like the additional photographs.
